I don't know what Daniel Menche is doing for work now (maybe he is a librarian) but about 10 years ago, I had a CD manufactured at Forge in Seattle (if I recall correctly) a full service CD mnfctr in Seattle, and Daniel Menche was in the graphic production department there (pre-press, design etc). Not my CD, I just did the layout and design, so I talked to Dan on the phone. I think maybe he was a bit surprised (and I guess pleased) to have someone recognize his name, in another context.
