Is it just imagination or are we hearing a lot of original songs that have been covered by Nick the Knife. I love it! Hadn't heard these before. Well done, Michael.

NY Times reports that Paul Newman succumbed to cancer last night at 89. And that sounded like Jerry and the Pacemakers to me.

Just a snippet of something from The Sting would be a nice tribute to Paul Newman. Or Raindrops KFOMH from Butch Sundance.

As I recall, the Four Seasons did a version of Dylan's 'Don't Think Twice, It's Alright' under a name like that above, but don't think it was exactly The Guess Who. I recall them doing this on TV with masks on. But y'all are in NJ; you should know this Jersey history like the palm of your hands, eh?

Neat Everly Brothers song I never heard before, Micahel. Was it on from the Chet Atkins period or after the move to Capitol (Cathy's Clown)? And wow -- what's the six degrees between Billy Thomas and his harmony singer, and Buck Owens and Don Rich? Just saying.

Howling Rabbit:
Sanford Clark originally did "The Fool" back in the '50s in a much more rockabilly-like style. It was much better than this '60s updated version, in my opinion!
