So I missed out on seeing Prachanda tonight but I did just get back from the delicatessen and walgreens. I had the chicken steak and then I got some ben & jerry's with Colbert on the package in honor of tonight's event

Entertainment Weekly: "The Presidential Debate
There may not be the built-in drama of a Palin/Biden debate, but you are too smart to ignore the fact that Barack Obama and John McCain are actually the people running for president, right? Therefore, you are looking forward to tonight's theme of national security and foreign policy. You are. YES, YOU ARE."

Jolie, the female answer to Tom Waites!!!! In a good way...
  11:46pm
Ike:

I missed a lot of the show -- I was tensely watching to see if Obama could metaphorically knock all the teeth out of McCain's mouth (politely). Unfortunately the old coot held his own, and even joked about his own age. It's a draw. Oh well.

However, I caught the U2 track. Haven't heard that in years. I love it. Would U2 do well to cover more Cole Porter?
