It's (I believe) a strip from those wacky Belgians. The title is something like "Cuddly Cuddles." And it's just "Hello Mr. Mushroom," "Hello Cuddly." and the smile on Kunffeltje's face after Mr. Mushroom's innards spurt out over all and sundry tells you all you need to know about European integration. | |
