It's (I believe) a strip from those wacky Belgians. The title is something like "Cuddly Cuddles." And it's just "Hello Mr. Mushroom," "Hello Cuddly." and the smile on Kunffeltje's face after Mr. Mushroom's innards spurt out over all and sundry tells you all you need to know about European integration.

and what do you know, russian circles is pretty high up there too. saw them a few months ago. these songs are much better than the song i woke up with in my head, "dare to be stupid" by wierd al. I have NO IDEA how that could've gotten in there
