Fridays Noon - 3pm on WFMU 91.1 fm 90.1 fm wfmu.org

I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

Fri. 6/20/08 12:14pm Steve:

Well, we are off to a nice elegant and industrial start ...

Fri. 6/20/08 12:21pm blakkpinkkoudd:

no, its nice housekeeping ambient drone :)

Fri. 6/20/08 12:28pm north guinea hills:

i am also pleased and concur w/ jonathon's assessment that friday's schedule hasn't changed. bully!

Fri. 6/20/08 12:30pm Ike:

Indeed. Bryce makes reviewing 700,000 domain names for possible trademark infringement much more palatable.

Fri. 6/20/08 12:43pm jonathan:

thanks for all the moondog, bryce!

Fri. 6/20/08 12:43pm perrin:

this is the homeless viking composer from New York?

Fri. 6/20/08 12:46pm bryce:

that's the mensch

Fri. 6/20/08 12:49pm damova:

Fri. 6/20/08 12:55pm jonathan:

good stuffs.

Fri. 6/20/08 12:55pm north guinea hills:

is that "please note our failure" a 10"? i did believe it sounded familiar....

Fri. 6/20/08 1:14pm bryce:

yeah, that's the one! black ink on brown paper... from iceland??.....

Fri. 6/20/08 1:43pm Underwater:

man, what happened to you? You used to be so underground you were dirt. you used to be so underground you were underwater. But now you play all this poppy accessible stuff. So accessible and mainstream. Don't worry about the ratings and artbitrends. It's all about the kids man. And the kids want underwater music

Fri. 6/20/08 1:47pm bryce:

that's fantastic news

Fri. 6/20/08 1:51pm spaniel:

The function of music is to create soul,
by creating conditions for myth,
the root of all soul.

Where there is no soul,
music creates it.
Where there is soul,
music sustains it.

Fri. 6/20/08 1:56pm bryce:

then he turned his car into a foil ball

Fri. 6/20/08 1:58pm Doug:

This Henk Badings is kicking my ass, thanks Bryce!

Fri. 6/20/08 2:00pm fishmonkeystew:

This Henk Badings is much like the sounds my brain makes while I'm at work. Very comforting.

Fri. 6/20/08 2:30pm zedprophfer:

this is strangely relaxing

Fri. 6/20/08 2:30pm Static Electrician:

Riley...Nice !

Fri. 6/20/08 2:37pm Terry Riley:

Yes, I am. Thank you. You are probably nice too. Any other nice people here?

Fri. 6/20/08 2:39pm Hugo:

We're all nice here (and strangely relaxed). Has to be the mescalin (possibly) ...

Fri. 6/20/08 2:41pm Terry Riley:

Ahhh, mescalin. Me and Reichy used to eat that shit for breakfast. Good times.

Fri. 6/20/08 2:41pm perrin:

as a tribute to moondog, it would be fun to put tin foil viking helmets on mice and let them play near a Theremin.

Fri. 6/20/08 2:54pm north guinea hills:

(in regards to "please not our failure"), yup, that's the one, w/ a black paper sleave w/ a tan monochrome image in the bottom right tilted...., i picked that up in '99 at other music before i moved here. i dropped $600 on records in two days in the city. and only had $30 left for my one week vacation w/ my gf. she was pissed. on the way back to fla, her whole back seat was stack w/ my records since they wouldn't fit in the trunk w/ our luggage. we got to south ga, and frantically searched for change (since i spent all of my money on records) for gas and barely made it to gainesville... good times... good records....(we broke up, and i moved here 8 months later)

next time, on the life stories of ngh..... "ouch, was that my face??!!!~"

Fri. 6/20/08 3:01pm Static Electrician:

mumbler !

Fri. 6/20/08 3:03pm Hugo:

In sum then; records outlast relationships ...

Fri. 6/20/08 4:00pm bryce:

riles, no one twists up a beard like you. maybe la monte

Fri. 6/20/08 5:04pm chuck7:

Re: Herman Rechberger Fruhlingsrauschen Dimensio va ... So. Time for Billy Jam after this one eh? You know him, is there a nice way to tell him to shut up? Otherwise I'd enjoy his show almost as much as your show.
