Nice blocks. hehe.
  Sat. 5/10/08 10:28am Parq:

I guess playing Ian Dury and the Blockheads would be too obvious. Jeez, and I thought I was cranky . . .

That Beatlesque track was sensational, btw.

#1 Hit Blocks!
Just send a SASE??
  Sat. 5/10/08 10:49am Peter K.:

"Lover Please" was written by Billy Swan (although it was Clyde McPhatter who had a hit with it). I had never heard Arthur Alexander's version before, but he nailed it. Awesome show as always, Michael.
  Sat. 5/10/08 11:01am Paul:

Are you telling me Bo Derek doesn't matter any more? Say it ain't so!
  Sat. 5/10/08 11:21am Wipper:

Madre mia, Floyd Dakil! We used to do a cover of his song Bad Boy back in the old days, circa '85!
  Sat. 5/10/08 12:20pm Paul:

Eugene Church, right?
  Sat. 5/10/08 12:20pm Paul:

Guess not. Bobby Vee, wow.
  Sat. 5/10/08 12:22pm forked tongue:

Hey, there's a pretty hep video up on YouTube of that Bobby Vee tune.
