  Mon. 4/28/08 7:06am Steve:

we don't mind at all over here in London...sounding great although am very tempted to neck a 'jimmy' in homage (but it ain't going to help me while working!)
  Mon. 4/28/08 7:10am trent:

Steve, thanks, but I have no idea what neck a jimmy means, can you enlighten me?
Mon. 4/28/08 7:12am norwegian mountain dude:

Hello Torbjorn.. Good to have some norwegians here. I'm located in Roros, Norway. The ice cold city where we still have a lot of snow left... I bet you have a nice spring at the west coast of Norway..
  Mon. 4/28/08 7:13am tomasz:

strikes me as similar to what you Americans would call "dropping an X"
  Mon. 4/28/08 7:16am Steve:

sorry! Old rhyming slang for certain illicit ' substances which we don't mention on a family radio station! (Jimmy Hill is an ex footballer / football commentator in the UK)
  Mon. 4/28/08 7:16am trent:

ah, thanks tomasz. i make sure i neck a jimmy or two before i go to work. how else would i get through the day? i would kill myself. steve, I say go for it. if not necking a jimmy then at least have a nice gin and tonic to get you in the mood. i'm having one right now and it's asscrack o'clock in the morning.

  Mon. 4/28/08 7:30am trent:

I'm a listener who Ken talked into doing weekly links and I was glad to help. And I have too much time on my hands. I'm just glad at least someone's listening! About the track, I've been looking for so long cause I used to hear it played often on Liquid Todd's show when he was just starting on K-Rock and it was my favorite song he played.
  Mon. 4/28/08 2:39pm HotRod:

The Underworld LIVE broadcasts are the BEST! By far, one of the best electronic acts of all time.
  Mon. 4/28/08 4:25pm trent:

did you see them when they played in central park?? AHHHHHSOME
  Mon. 4/28/08 4:56pm HotRod:

Why don't we join forces and call ourselves Acid Uncle?
  Mon. 4/28/08 5:01pm HotRod:

I didn't go to the Central Park show, but I did see them at the Hammerstein Ballroom years ago. Unbelieveable.

The Underworld Live DVD is my favorite live performance DVD. Fucking sick!!!

On Jam and Spoon and 'how this amazing song came out of their brains' - I suspect it went in as Pachalbel's Canon and came out slightly altered
