Sorry to hear about your back, hopefully they've prescribed the Good Stuff and scheduled the electroshock therapy sessions. Live drums played well -- good enough to make you forget it's just one chord for 20 minutes. | |

The drugs were adequate for the 1st couple of days and the steroids and stretching helped. Just gotta be patient with the results. | |

ugh . . . i feel for ya! i had what the doctors called a "herniated disk with compression on the spine in two places" -- not fun -- was on pain killers for two months, withdrawal was pure HELL (FAR WORSE than ANY of the uh, *other* substances i have abused in the past) so if you can do some sort of alternative therapy (like acupuncture or whatever) go for it . . . FINALLY got the "epidural steroid injection" and have been okay since but still have to "take it easy" -- YUCK! HEY! thanks for the HUGARIAN GYPSY MUSIC!!!!!!!!!! ah, my people!!!!!!! | |

well . . . i think that if it WAS that bad, you would barely be able to move around at all! i think that, ironically enough, what happened to me was caused by IN-activity -- whereas up until a few years ago, while hardly "athletic," i was in GREAT physical shape . . . so NOW, i have to take it real slowly in order to, hopefully, resume activities that were totally "normal" for me . . . so . . . while i would not suggest kick-boxing or anything THAT "high impact" immediately, my guess is that physical activity helps to prevent this kind of crap from happening in the first place . . . on THAT note -- FEEL BETTER SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | |
