Arrrrghhh, so many great-sounding premiums, so little money!

Nice new development in the past few years, though -- being able to get any DJ premium at any time during the marathon. In the old days, you could only get a particular DJ premium during that DJ's timeslot, or during the Grand Finale. Back in the mid-'90s, not everybody did a premium, and a lot of them were on cassette!
