The Junior Walker song is "Shoot Your Shot". Chris Bell sounds like Joey Molland.

Oh and hurrah indeed for Malcolm Arnold. Tragic story, redeemed by late-life fame. His stuff is good played by junior orchestras, people enjoy playing it.
