h'lo gang from NH, where our fertile snowbanks are busting with a bumper crop of campaign signs. Some of which, I'm happy to say, I made myself for Vermin Supreme.

Hi Abraham-

Hmmm, there was a number of songs that may have fit that bill. Maybe Grauzone?

Hey,
Good stuff. I'm not usually at home during your show. I especially like the things you've been playing for the last hour or so. I was not so thrilled with the "Detroit Red" piece, besides the title. But then I am not the only one listening. I will definitely be checking out the archives.
take care

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 1:41pm From: Sean Daily

Yes, but was he a big freak? It's a very subtle and understated theme in that song...

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 1:50pm From: sabrina

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 2:00pm From: Radio Dave

Whoosh. Sounds like Medeski Martin and Wood on steroids!!

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 2:05pm From: Fabio Fan

Mister Woody, you may wish to alter the title of your program for today by dropping the word "failures" from it as I am sure you know that Fabio has copyrighted all usage of the word "failure" on PLAYLIST show titles. Seriously. Look it up in the Hall of Records downtown

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 2:15pm From: jojo

great show, perfect transition from liz to irene, but hey, ramp it up and send us whirring into the post 3pm monday abyss...maybe some more wutang for the perfect anti- segway

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 2:21pm From: Woody

Hey Fabio! While I can fail with the best of 'em, I do concede on your mastery of "failure".

Mon Jan. 7, 2008 2:48pm From: Ike H

Hey Dei X, you say you made campaign signs for Vermin Supreme. So does that mean you're behind the signs that say "Cheney/Voldemort '08"?

Woody, I think that was Fabio Fan not Fabio. Unless Fabio is his own board Fan. Which seems unlikely given all the self-declared failure.

Uhhh, woops... playing records sure can get in the way of intelligently reading the comments section.
