Listener comments!

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 1:12pm From: Wes

you have crushed all sense of normalcy that could have permeated this vile and hated place with it's shininess. Thank you.

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 1:41pm From: THE mouse.

can you recommend a sound fx record with good chicken noises? THANKS!?!

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 1:44pm From: Woody

ummm, I'm sure there's a BBC sound fx record out there with a good chicken... or you can always scrounge up yer best diy chicken sound

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 2:19pm From: Faith

Lucas Films put out a collection of animal sounds, I'm pretty sure there's a chicken track.

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 2:48pm From: Sadie

Hey Woody, this is the first show of yours I've listened to since emerging from a period of mourning the loss of Charlie on Mondays, and I am most impressed. What a great show this has been -- looks like Mondays are going to be okay again after all. Thanks!

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 2:52pm From: THE mouse.

what is this track?

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 2:54pm From: Woody

The poppy track on now with low-key female vocals is the Gist.

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 2:54pm From: THE mouse.

Wippy dippy dappy do. thank goodness.

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 2:59pm From: ~L

It always hurts when a Monday DJ leaves, first Hova, then Charlie. But with Liz and Woody, we're going to be more than fine! Hang in there Sadie.

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 3:08pm From: Sadie

And I didn't even mention Mike, I'll just get too choked up (though at least he'll be back at some point...) But indeedy -- praise be for both Liz and Scott holding the Monday fort, and hallelujah for the arrival of Woody!

Mon Nov. 5, 2007 3:25pm From: Ike

Sadie, don't forget that Mike Lupica still does a podcast. Also now that the record fair is over, he might have more free time to do fill-ins. Maybe. I'm not sure about that one. That's assuming the CIA isn't going to send him on any more secret missions to blow up all of Bill Gates' hidden rocket-building facilities at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean... ooops, I probably shouldn't've mentioned that.

Oh, and: Good show Woody!
