What is the artist and track name of the song just after the second break at 56:41 (a version of "America the Beautiful" with completely different lyrics)? I don't think it's listed on the playlist here.

It is actually listed above correctly (I just double-checked). The track is Edith Hill & Selah's "The Red White & Black". I guess the confusion might lie in the fact that right before I played that song I announced that I was playing a song of a Pakistani soundtrack? [but apparently I didn't played the Edith Hill song instead (I don't recall why)]
