I was surprised to hear that Annie actually sounded good. I had never heard her before. Seems she's mega-huge in Norway (despite me viking name I'm in the SF Bay Area) but it was actually pretty good "party pop". I'm digging the New Pornos & the ESG, too.

Apparently ESG's drummer drives a bus for the MTA -- so any day of the week, any one of us in the NY area could unknowingly be grumpily forking over our $2 to greatness!
