Philadelphia band. Hazard wrote "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" in '79 which Cyndi Lauper had a big hit with. "Escalator of Life" is from a locally produced demo which sold 50,000 copies (financed by Hazard's uncle) and led to their signing on RCA at Kurt (MTV) Loder's suggestion.
