I have a funny Kenny G (sax player) story. When I was driving a cab (25 yrs ago) I picked up DEWEY REDMAN by the old Knitting Factory, drove him home to Bklyn (the music capital). We had a nice chat about music stuff. Told him I love his playing on that Ornette album Love Call (I think thats the one) and he said he was scared shitless being kinda young and playing w Ornette!!!! At one point I asked about Kenny G and he said "well, he plays in tune"
