I took a sick day today so after sleeping all afternoon I have energy to cook. Lentils with tumeric potatoes; okra & shishito pepper flash stir fry with garlic, ginger & lemon bits; lemon saffron rice; and savory batter fried chicken breast nuggets. Covid makes one crazy.
