I was alive then but I didn't know about it. I was 6 hours north in Davis CA. I did write a story in school about how I wanted to have a disco in my basement when I grew up. I hope I find that story someday. It's in my garage with old school stuff.

Oh my god can I just say I am so mad when people use the term "glam rock" to refer to the glam *metal* of the 80s. When I'm looking for glam rock stuff online there's always like, Motley Crue in there. People keep joining my glam rock discord server talkin about like, Guns N' Roses, and I had to make a separate category of chat channels to put them all into. Like don't get me wrong I still like it but it's definitely not what I'm here for
