Per the Wiki, "The Isley Brothers originally came from Cincinnati, Ohio, and were raised in the city's Lincoln Heights suburb, settling in the satellite town of Blue Ash when they were teenagers." But in 1977, per the NYT: "Right now, the brothers reside near enough to each other to keep in close touch. Ronald lives in Teaneck, Kelly Jr. in Alpine, Rudolph in Haworth and Ernie in Englewood."

clarke, yeah! It was great. Piggies sounded fantastic, too. Because of where it was relocated, I was about 3 feet from the bands. And the place was packed! Mainly with young people, which was pretty refreshing (though I felt pretty old and dowdy -- I'd come straight from softball and was still wearing shorts and my Pigeons jersey). The PA had a buzz on the vocals, and the crowd had plenty of sound guys in it who wanted to call out advice. The CWs singer finally said, "It's rock and roll, you know." I cheered. Really fun -- and (longish) walking distance from home!

Old question but I wasn't near a computer - the new City Winery in NY is a completely different experience than the old City Winery. The new one is this cavernous space on the river that feels more like a converted factory than the old City Winery which felt like a restaurant. There is a nice balcony in the new place though, that's my preferred place to sit. The quality of the food is still pretty good but its more expensive.
