I just started a reformer class and haven't done reformers I years. I'm excited. Paid for a week and planning on joining there. I do yoga and weights, too. Haven't really worked out in six months, just been doing linf and brisk walks with my dog. My left hand has really been bothering me and I'm in PT for it. My brace made it go well tonight, no issues 😁

I've got a repetitive strain injury in my thumb and wrist and it started on my right hand and then moved to my left. It took a year to get better on my right with OT. I about crooked when it started in my left, too!!!!!
