Had a slower live show week; last week was Wilco and Redmon/Mehldau/McBride/Blade. This week just catching my daughter, in the ensemble in Side Show in White Plains (nice theater, terrific production). Saw it last Sunday, again tomorrow and Wednesday, one more performance (should know the show by heart by the time it closes).

I heard about that upcoming Wilco album, Gina, sounds intriguing.
Their show was great-Yankee Hotel Foxtrot 20 Anniversary show, most of the show was playing that album, had a string quartet and horn section added to the band.

Back home, 2.5 mile walk (it's amazing I can do it-have spinal stenosis, bad back pain. A year ago, 10 steps and I'd have to stop, bend over, send form my wife to pick me up. Daily yoga/physical therapy/meditation has really helped!
