Some great insights into their creative process (and the frustrations of dealing with each other). TonyR, I'm thinking of subscribing for just a month for that reason, so I can watch it again.

I'm still having trouble knowing what day it is.. pandemic brain? Or is it just fatigue with what is? Actually, everyone at WFMU doing their schduled weekly shows helps tremendously, except when multiple fill ins are frequent, or if I forget to look at the program schedule each day! Not being employed also weighs heavily in the mix.. All things must pass..

Used to tape so many shows - especially Peel's and Andy Kershaw, Late Junction and end with the Shipping Forecast. Last March we were listening to a loop of The Shipping Forecast every night, probably the entire month, and that phrase "Expected Viking, Becoming Cyclonic" got in our head. We didn't actually sample anything from the Shipping Forecast itself but it did inspire... x

I'm still having trouble knowing what day it is.. pandemic brain? Or is it just fatigue with what is? Actually, everyone at WFMU doing their schduled weekly shows helps tremendously, except when multiple fill ins are frequent, or if I forget to look at the program schedule each day! Not being employed also weighs heavily in the mix.. All things must pass..

Used to tape so many shows - especially Peel's and Andy Kershaw, Late Junction and end with the Shipping Forecast. Last March we were listening to a loop of The Shipping Forecast every night, probably the entire month, and that phrase "Expected Viking, Becoming Cyclonic" got in our head. We didn't actually sample anything from the Shipping Forecast itself but it did inspire... x
