Saxophonist Ken Field's musical adventures have brought him from the chilly climate of Boston in a long-running stint with Birdsongs of the Mesozoic to the hot jazz of New Orleans with his latest ensemble. The Revolutionary Snake Ensemble has a decidedly modern feel for the Mardi-Gras style. Even through the event has passed, they paraded through the WFMU studios in a funky frenzy.
