@WR: It's that way here: book early or don't get in. It's weird, there isn't that much of an audience, so outside of Paris you can walk in and get a ticket, but these shows rarely happen

I often miss gigs because of these dance shows, but for me dance comes first. I once went to a show begging for a ticket (it was sold out) after working for over 30 hours straight. I did score a ticket, then spent hours walking around a lake so to not fall asleep. Once I got in, someone told me I shouldn't get a proper seat so I got in front. The ticket I got was intended for a former dancer of the company, and I knew who she was, so I was both ashamed and exhilarated. The show was a duet with my favorite choreographer and my favorite dancer. Total blast, then I slept for a day
