There's nowhere else I can read ballpoint pen dragon lore on j-cards on the radio
Avatar 2:18pm
Otis:

It was a fun show - wfmu.org...

I'm going to break out when you visited Montreal and were on FP in 2010 BC and play your full set next week or the week after... the one where you play and DJ.

A send-off, hommage to Lost Media (and Oddity Rock Radio!)
Avatar 2:21pm
BC Sterrett:

Oh man, the one where I tried to play the musical saw but the weather there was making it hard to play. It happens sometimes under different climate conditions.

HelllOtis!
Avatar 2:21pm
BC Sterrett:

I'll still poke my head in now and again Arb. Maybe on Wiggle Room.
Avatar 2:22pm
Otis:

I was stormy wasn't it? Or was it snowy? Weather I can't remember but I remember the back studio room and the layout of the stuff and where you were standing playing saw.
Avatar 2:22pm
Otis:

Yes!! Wiggle Room... this show is going to be so good.
Avatar 2:23pm
BC Sterrett:

It wasn't good. lol

My saw playing that day....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:23pm

Hahaha musical saw is weather sensitive?! I can see (saw) that now but LOL
Avatar 2:23pm
Otis:

I can play that portion backwards and reverse the wav file at that moment in the mix. Ha!
Avatar 2:24pm
BC Sterrett:

Yeah, cold seems to make it very difficult to play. Happened to me a couple other times. Must have gotten too cold on the drive to Otis's pad.
Avatar 2:25pm
ARB:

How long ago did you find this BC?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:25pm
solo mon:

BC you have consistently played stuff that has blown my jaded, over saturated mind!
Avatar 2:25pm
Otis:

I wish I had pictures. Still to this day, I always forget to take photos of moments. Unless it involves cats at 90% of pics with 9% food and 1% humans and plants.
Avatar 2:25pm
BC Sterrett:

I found these about 5 or 6 years ago? Something like that.
Avatar 2:26pm
ARB:

I hope he duckduckgos himself someday and discovers this show.
Avatar 2:27pm
Otis:

I think Archivist Viv may do a Wiggle Room too. When I think of thrift shop tape diggers I think of you and Viv.
Avatar 2:27pm

THanks Solo Man

I bet it's a bottomless pit for this type of material. It's just a miracle when it surfaces on the shore somewhere... Hints tell me from notes on the back of his cover art that he was a tenant at a hospital in Maryland when he recorded this.

My fav tape in the 90s was the Maxell XLII-S 60 & 90. 60 more for 4-tracking. Normal bias was for regular dubs. Close pals always get high-bias. Never did make the move to metal. Except heavy metal.

eat your shriveled heart out, Bill Callahan!
Avatar 3:39pm

Taiyo-Yuden Silver & Gold were my fav CD-R choices 20 years back. But I remember my first burns were on Maxell in the 90s with a burner that weighed almost as much as a Tech 1200.
