I love the haitian Kompa. The best known band in the genre is Tabou Combo. I believe they lived, played and recorded in New York city during the 70's.

Are there any restrictions on how long a busker is allowed to stay at your location? I was just looking at the busker's license in Sydney and it's 2 hours for the "low impact" buskers and 1 hour for the "high impact" buskers.
