A three-hour exploration of excavations from the farthest reaches of humanity's hellish collective brain, through records, tapes, CDs, mostly scoured from country bumpkin thrift stores, creepy charity shops, backwoods junk stores, and even the internet - all mixed live. We don't judge, we just play 'em. Hosted by Rich in Washington.

A lot of stuff like this played in share houses way back. Gaye Bykers on Acid, Jackofficers, B Surfers etc

This incarnation of Ministry really melted my brain back in the day, especially that smoking live LP. So fucking good.
Avatar 8:13pm
Mr Fab:

Wow, thanks ultradamno for the tip. forthcoming Messer CHups always makes me happy, but this one has a gimmick - "Mondo Harp" really will feature a harpist. And they're remaking "Twin Peaks Twist." Alas not available til Oct..
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:13pm
Rich in Washington:

yeah, Aitch - I am a sentimental fool. Really digging a lot of stuff from the 90s. The 90s where a big black hole for me - with some of the music a real bright spot.

Loved "Just One Fix" and "Jesus Built My Hotrod" - however one of the music processing folks at KUOI-FM in Moscow wrote on the cover of "Psalm 69" that "Whatever guys, I guess supply must equal demand!" - so for one guy at least Ministry had become a bunch of sellouts, who knows why
