KrysO Thx. Compensation for Artists is totally out of whack in a thousand ways! The proportional rates for something like a ListenerSupported station like FMU compared to a Spotify - its unadulterated madness. Many small online broadcasters got simply creamed - eliminated by a ruling a few years ago now...

The 1066 invasion happened because of European royal intrigue, and the disunity of the various Anglo-Saxon and Celtic tribes of Britain. The Anglo-Saxon invasion of Britain was possible because of the disunity of the British Celtic tribes, and the vacuum caused by the end of Roman rule in Britain. The Roman invasion of England was possible because of Celtic tribal disunity, and superior Roman technology. The Celtic invasion of Britain was possible because of the Celts' superior technology over the hunter-gatherer pre-Celtic British.

We could do this all day.
