There was a comedy troupe from LA called the Credibility Gap that did just an Abbott and Coatello-type skit, employing rock groups Yes, the Who and the Guess Who. Very funny album, too, called Woodschtick. Renowned Simpson's voiceover Harry Shearer and David L. Lander, Squiggy from Laverne and Shirley, were members of the group.

UM: All my meatballs were dry and tough before that recipe. It keeps them deliciously moist! I use the same principles from the recipe for keeping a meatloaf moist as well.

rest in fridge for 30 minutes

make 12 balls, poach for an hour
