"Exotica...and other Cool,Unusual Music" on Facebook turns 10 years old on Jan 15. We have 11,000 members and its WFMU/Sheena etc friendly. Its a strong healthy group of like minded enthusiasts...

And then as the years passed I discovered the bins bare and the prices jacked up. Nonetheless, for the few I paid $50 and up in recent times, there are dozens I paid 50¢ for in the past.

	12:29pm notsoKWYET: my roommate and I went to the beach almost every day this summer for the sunset... and we would bring a speaker and play tunes for people around us --- and as the sun started setting we would put on some exotica and then the big moment was when we rode our bikes alone the board walk... and this would always be the first song we played --- and people would be stopped in their tracks because it was such a mood and no one plays anything but loud in your face music in public anymore.

	12:29pm notsoKWYET: my roommate and I went to the beach almost every day this summer for the sunset... and we would bring a speaker and play tunes for people around us --- and as the sun started setting we would put on some exotica and then the big moment was when we rode our bikes alone the board walk... and this would always be the first song we played --- and people would be stopped in their tracks because it was such a mood and no one plays anything but loud in your face music in public anymore.
