Anniston, Alabama gospel music legend (and social pariah) John Burson was a regular sight at All Day Singings and Dinners on the Ground throughout his home state from the 60s through the 90s. John's favorite musical form was one which was generally practiced by quartets, but his repellent personality forced him to work as a solo act, alternating between bass and tenor like a gargantuan Tiny Tim.
